Man Accused of Stabbing Actor James Handy Declared Mentally Unfit for Trial
A Los Angeles judge has ruled that Michael Gledhill, the man charged with murdering veteran character actor James Handy, 81, is mentally incompetent to face criminal prosecution and cannot rationally assist in his own defence.
