New University Law to Target Governance, Not Student Rights, Says Fahmi
Malaysia's government will introduce a replacement law for the Universities and University Colleges Act focusing on institutional governance rather than restricting student activism, Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil announced following a Cabinet meeting.
