Ajinomoto Co to take full control of Malaysian unit in RM603.4 million privatisation deal
Ajinomoto Co, which already owns just over half of Ajinomoto Malaysia, is moving to acquire full ownership through a privatisation worth RM603.4 million. Minority shareholders will receive RM20 per share, representing a significant premium to recent trading prices.
