Cambodian authorities have arrested a suspect accused of running a sophisticated Telegram scam that targeted Facebook Live shoppers. The operation, which netted over US$110,000 across approximately 50 victims, involved impersonating business owners and government officials to pressure people into making fraudulent payments.
