Elections Cannot Be Used to Secure Prisoner's Release, Says Azalina
UMNO information chief Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said has firmly stated that election results cannot be instrumentalised to secure the release of individuals serving prison sentences, emphasising that pardon powers rest exclusively with the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
