Vietnam expands diamond smuggling crackdown with charges against jewellery owners and gem certifier
Vietnam has charged three jewellery shop owners and a gem certification employee as part of an expanded investigation into a cross-border diamond smuggling operation allegedly orchestrated by Indian nationals working with Hong Kong contacts.
