Workshop Owner and Two Others Arrested Over Fake Medical Certificate Racket
Authorities in Pekan have detained a workshop owner, mechanic, and cleaner in connection with a scheme to produce and distribute fraudulent medical certificates bearing a government doctor's credentials.
