Five arrested in RM77,000 scratch-and-win scam targeting elderly Malaysians
Five suspects have been arrested by Perak police in connection with a scratch-and-win lottery scam that defrauded two elderly women of over RM77,000 in jewellery and cash across Ipoh and Taiping.
