Malaysia Keeps Civil Service Retirement Age at 60, Scraps Mandatory PERKESO Levy
Malaysia's government has decided to maintain the mandatory retirement age for civil servants at 60, rejecting calls for an increase. The Cabinet also made PERKESO's non-employment injury scheme contributions voluntary.
