MNRB to sell Takaful IKHLAS units to Bank Rakyat for RM1.64 billion
MNRB Holdings has agreed to divest its entire stake in Takaful Ikhlas Family and Takaful Ikhlas General to Bank Rakyat for RM1.64 billion, subject to regulatory approvals and shareholder consent.
