Singapore man charged in death of petrol station attendant; allegedly drove under drug influence
A 22-year-old Singapore driver has been charged with eight offences following the death of a 69-year-old pump attendant at an Upper Changi Road petrol station. Police allege he was operating a deregistered vehicle under the influence of drugs.
