Brazil Challenges US Tariffs Through WTO, Rejects Forced Labour Pretext
Brazil has rejected newly imposed US tariffs of 12.5 per cent on its exports, labelling a Section 301 trade investigation as arbitrary. Brasília plans to invoke its Reciprocity Law and lodge a formal complaint with the WTO.
