Indian Tourist Jailed Two Years for S$200,000 Diamond Heist at Singapore Jewellery Store
An Indian tourist has been sentenced to two years, two months and two weeks in jail after admitting to stealing a S$200,000 diamond from a Singapore jewellery store. He and his accomplice used a counterfeit gemstone to swap for the genuine 4.95-carat diamond.
