Malaysia and Russia to Finalise 2027 Joint Action Plan by Year-end, Says Zambry
Malaysia and Russia have committed to completing their 2027 Joint Action Plan by year-end, building on high-level diplomatic ties. The agreement was reached at the Fifth Malaysia-Russia Joint Commission meeting in Vladivostok, encompassing education, trade, technology and strategic sectors.
