Perlis has resumed its Kuala Perlis-Satun ferry service, aiming to draw 5.5-6 million tourists this year. Menteri Besar Abu Bakar Hamzah says the 40-minute sea crossing will ease border congestion and boost cross-border trade with Thailand.
