Detainees Must Not Be Presumed Guilty, Says Asyraf
Umno secretary-general Datuk Dr Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki has stressed that individuals detained during police investigations must not be treated as guilty without a court conviction, upholding the principle of presumption of innocence.
