Marcos heads to Russia for historic Asean summit, bilateral talks with Putin
Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr has departed for Kazan, Russia, to lead the Asean-Russia Commemorative Summit and hold bilateral talks with President Vladimir Putin on energy and food security.
