Russian detained at Phuket Airport with 17.6kg of cannabis in luggage
Thai authorities arrested a Russian man at Phuket International Airport after discovering 17.6 kilogrammes of cannabis concealed in two suitcases. The suspect admitted ownership of the contraband during questioning.
