Four arrested as Vietnamese police dismantle cross-border scam relocation plot
Vietnamese authorities have charged four people, including a Chinese national, for attempting to relocate an online scam operation from Cambodia to Vietnam. Police seized equipment worth thousands and prevented the fraudulent call centre from becoming operational.
