Former Argentine Submarine Commander Convicted in 2017 ARA San Juan Disaster
An Argentine court has found the former head of the country's submarine fleet guilty of negligence in the 2017 ARA San Juan disaster that claimed 44 lives. Claudio Javier Villamide received a three-year suspended sentence.
