Penang charts ambitious partnership path with Hungary across education, innovation and sustainability
Penang is establishing a comprehensive partnership with Hungary covering education, technological innovation, water security and green initiatives. The collaboration includes 40 annual scholarships for Malaysian students and potential joint research and sports exchanges.
