Two teenage students arrested after shooting rampage kills three at Philippine high school
Two teenage students armed with handguns killed three classmates and wounded seven others in a shooting at a high school in the central Philippines on Monday. The 14 and 15-year-old suspects, who claimed they were bullied, have been arrested.
